Chick-fil-A is a brand that I am proud to represent. We stand for absolute integrity in business and our personal lives. We value and treat everyone with honor, dignity and respect. And my mission as a Chick-fil-A operator is to have a positive influence on every team member and guest I come in contact with. I also believe in the product and service model.
What do you like most about working at Chick-fil-A?
My favorite part of Chick-fil-A is the team members I work with on a daily basis. I love being apart of their journey and helping them through hard and good times. Being apart of their graduations, birthdays, weddings, baby showers, funerals of loved ones is a highlight of my career. It shows me that I am having a impact in their lives that they invite me in to some of their most special moments.
Why did you choose Houston?
I chose Houston because it is a great city to live and raise a family. I love the diversity this city offers. I enjoy the the city's professional sports, parks, museums and incredible food scene. I want to make a lasting impact on the Uptown/Galleria area by being an active member of this community.
What do you see in your future as an operator?
I see myself as a Chick-fil-A operator for the many years to come. I hope to one day have my own free standing Chick-fil-A. As well as continue to grow to become a better entrepreneur every day.
Tell us about your family!
I am married to a wonderful man named Rey. He is a mental health counselor and has a passion for helping others process and overcome difficult seasons of their lives. He is a huge inspiration to me everyday. My parents, two siblings, and 5 nieces and nephews all live in Orlando, Florida.
I studied Hotel and Restaurant Management for my bachelors degree at the University of Central Florida. While pursing my degree I worked as a Chick-fil-A team member. Once I graduated I decided to pursue Chick-fil-A as a career. I worked for Chick-fil-A corporate as an Interim Manager where I traveled the United the States for 2 years and ran 11 company owned Chick-fil-A restaurants before being selected to own the Galleria Mall location.
